When all objects are selected, you can delete, save, close and reopen your copy to check if the problem is resolved.

Now that you've eliminated the possibility of real links appearing, it's time to remove the nonexistent ones. Open a workbook with non-existent links and choose Edit → Links. Sometimes you can just highlight the unnecessary link, click the Change Source button and associate the link with itself.
