Then I had an idea to make a small stop and imagine how I would like to use my data from the contact, provided that most of my acquaintances are sitting there, and important correspondence periodically occurs in private messages. The solution was to create an application that should notify you of new messages even when the contact tab is closed, and (ideally) with the browser closed. The application must provide access to correspondence always, even when there is no connection to the Internet.
Correspondence
The main idea of using the application is its invisibility. You do not need to keep it open and see what happens - you can close it and it will still notify you of new messages as soon as they arrive. If you need to find something in the correspondence, or find contact number you need an interlocutor, then in the application it is done in 2 clicks. Not without errors. As soon as the first users appeared on the application, the most boring bug in Chromium surfaced (http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=94314) when Windows computers with Russian user names can not work with file system. The application was installed, but could not reach the background page. As a result, a fairly large proportion of users were lost, and certainly the overall impression of the application was spoiled. However, the error was discovered the same evening and corrected for the next morning.
