Interestingly, there is a difference in the presence of one or another display. For example, it responds to commands very quickly, but in terms of color saturation there is no equal to Samsung-display.

Frequency

Frequency is a parameter that is measured in hertz. The number of image updates per second is the frequency.

Only the resolution is disappointing: alas, HD (1366x768) is used. Pixels and a grid are invisible from a distance of a meter, however - as a monitor will no longer fit.

Is the interface normal?

It is the implementation of the interfaces that distinguishes the TV from the monitor. One has tuners for analog / digital streaming, the other does not.
