Unique residential complex Emerald (Emerald) - this is the first project of this level on the territory of Bulgaria in terms of building area and quality of construction. Complex Emerald is located in the southern part of the village of Ravda on the Black Sea coast, 15 km from the airport in Burgas (can be found on our website) and 5 km from the Sunny Beach resort. I didn’t like it: the staff at the hotel was busy with showdowns with the owners of the complex and the security, service was at zero. We were accommodated in the room, the hairdryer did not work, until the end of the vacation it was not repaired. We waited 3 days for the master, came and said that there are no problems to replace, you have to pay reported that the owner-master had disappeared forever. The toilet broke down, 4 days before departure, the master came (after lengthy persuasion!) took off the part and left. Fortunately, there was a second bathroom in the room. To questions about beach towels, the answer was - go and Buy. In the morning you can take in the pool from the "lifeguards", if you have time. They take out 10 or 8 pieces. Everything! There were cockroaches in the room, we saw them twice. There is nothing to cook on, but no dishes. The pool is cleaned periodically. It's a pity that it is so beautiful the complex suffers from incompetent leadership. About breakfast, it's a disaster, if you are late (came at 9.30 for example), then sit down at a dirty table. There is coffee in the machine and juices, there are eggs, bacon and puffs with cheese. Cucumbers, tomatoes, yogurt and bread, steam three fruits is not a fact that everything is in stock. Glasses are not enough, well n They give them plastic ... There was a day when there was nothing, even coffee in the machine, they took bread and juice Water goes, there is a short break (about 30 minutes, the break time is not specified) .The road to the beach due to the construction site abandoned in front of the complex is provincial and It's dirty. On the beach, more or less. In the evenings, children hang out in the yard, adults and up to 2 am can laugh, run around. No one is looking, they fell asleep with earplugs.
I liked the cleaning lady, we were lucky with her, on the 7th floor, Emerald side. Friendly one for the whole hotel, she had 2 days off and had something to compare with. The room and sea view are compensation for everything else.

We took olinclusive. Firstly, when booking, I indicated that a free parking space was needed, as a result, there were no places (all the days that we had a rest), only paid parking. I had to leave the car outside the hotel, parked in the bushes. Secondly, they waited a long time at the reception, it took about an hour for us to get into the room, and at the reception there were some sort of showdowns with clients. When we went up to the room, they opened the door with a key, but there was no handle, inside the handles were lying on the floor and it was impossible to close the door since there were no handles. They asked to solve the issue or give another number. They said that they would call specialists to repair it. They came, twisted, twirled, could not, then they brought a grinder and began to cut ... in the end they did it, but again they lost almost an hour ... and did not hit the sea that day ... the garbage was not removed after that, but the room was very dusty, there was a lump of white hair on the towels, there were cotton swabs lying around and the garbage from the toilet was not taken out before us. They asked to make a headdress - they said that tomorrow. Ok, they took it and cleaned up the dust themselves. On the second day, they allegedly came with cleaning, but only changed the towels, the rest was said that they did not. For 4 days, only once the towels were changed and everything ... - this is in the third. We left, but the garbage from the door repair remained ... Fourthly - Regarding food, the often repeated food, the first courses were not always at lunch, and only 1 kind, suppure or okroshka ... dirty pasta, stained and wiped with dried food and an unpleasant odor. For some reason, on the 3rd day, they decided to remove the cups and glasses from the restaurant and provided disposable thin cups, in which hot coffee was not easy to drink and even harmful, since the plastic heats up, there was rarely tea. Bottom line, the complex is nice, the room is pretty, but the service is poor, corresponds to 1-2 stars and it is not clear how they got 5 stars, it happened that I rested in a 3-star hotel, but the service is much steeper. I'm not a picky person, but as far as hygiene is concerned, everything should be clean!
A large complex, a cozy garden and large swimming pools, a good view, a bright room, which was described when booking was. The staff knows Russian or at least understands English as well.

The attitude of the staff at the reception, they were accommodated in a room that did not match the booking at all, the only thing, only the footage, the room was completely empty, there was only a kettle in the kitchen, like a mockery, no dishes at all, no dressing gowns or slippers, a safe at the reception for extra. fee, no drying rack. Turning to the reception, regarding the services and equipment of the room, I received the answer that all the rooms are like that, there are no dishes anywhere, a safe only for money and everything else, and cleaning services for extra. Money. On a request to change the number, I was refused, since the check-in was in the evening. The next day, my daughter and I spent about a day trying to get the room that I had booked, and only thanks to a Russian girl who accidentally overheard my conversation with the administrator and asked to settle my issue, after 16.00 I was moved to another room, the footage was much less, but at least there was a safe, some dishes, and a drying rack on the loggia. Thank you very much to the girl who helped with our question! The food also leaves much to be desired, my daughter and I, having bought an all-inclusive package, ate outside the hotel, sometimes went to breakfast! The hotel does not correspond to 5 * at all in all categories!

Perfect location. 20 minutes from Burgas airport. Eight kilometers from Sunny Beach and four from the city of Nessebar (a city with a 3 thousand-year history, protected by UNESCO). There is a long street near the hotel with cafes, restaurants, shops, children's attractions. A beautiful large (8 floors), but very quiet and clean hotel, with a huge territory, in the center of a large pool with a bar. There is a shop, restaurant and bar on site, with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of greenery, lots of places to sit, there is a playground with a children's pool. There is a beautiful SPA with a huge number of not expensive services for every taste. Guarded parking. We rested in a two-room suite (E203), when ordering it was called "with two bedrooms", as it turned out, these are 2 rooms, one salon in which there is a bed behind a small wall, and the second room is really a bedroom. This is an apartment with two bathrooms, three air conditioners, a kitchenette (fridge, kettle, two-plate flat built-in stove, cups and glasses), a dining table with chairs, a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, two TVs, two wardrobes, etc. Each balcony also has a table with chairs. From each room there is an exit to the balcony (view of the playground and the children's pool, and at the same time complete silence). The beds are wide and comfortable. The hotel is 5 minutes from the sea, but there is no private beach. There is a large free beach for everyone, there are all kinds of attractions.
