As a rule, the voice assistant is already in the activated state by default. In order to go to it, just hold down the Home button on the device. After an audible notification, Siri is ready to talk. If, for some reason, your settings have been reset, you can go to Settings -> The main -> Siri and enable the function yourself. You can also enable the "Hey Siri" option there. When activated, you can enter into a conversation with an assistant, simply by saying hello with the phrase "Hey, Siri" (Hey, Siri in English). True, this function is only available in charging mode.
