How to place an order without payment in the Aliexpress mobile app?

On the standard version of the Aliexpress website with ordering without payment, everything is easy and intuitive. In a mobile application, the actions will be almost the same, only different at the last stage:

The relations between the Site Visitor and the Site Administration are not subject to the provisions of the "Rules for the Sale of Goods by Remote Way", approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 612 of 09/27/2007, since The site is not intended for distance selling. The functional purpose of the Site is to provide information on the availability of goods in retail outlets, help in the selection and booking of Products in retail outlets. In the case of booking alcoholic beverages, the direct purchase is carried out by the Site Visitor at the Point of Sale, which has a License for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.
The site visitor agrees with these Rules by ticking the box with "I have read the Site Terms of Use" or by dialing the appropriate phone number posted on the Site. When putting a mark in the box with "I have read the Site Terms of Use", the Site User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Site Administration, namely: surname, name, patronymic, age, phone number, e-mail address necessary for booking goods and / or creating a personal the User's cabinet on the site, as well as the use of his personal data for the Administration of the site to conduct marketing research.
The site visitor is notified that personal data is processed by the Site Administration in order to provide an opportunity to book Goods at a retail outlet and / or create a personal account on the Site for more convenient and quick use of the web resource.
The site visitor agrees that if he did not pre-register on the Site and did not create a personal account, personal data, after the expiration of the term for booking the Goods, is immediately destroyed.
The term for booking the Goods is selected by the Site Visitor from the options offered.
1.3. The visitor agrees that the processing of personal data is carried out by collecting, recording, organizing, accumulating, storing, clarifying (updating, changing), extracting, using, transferring, depersonalizing, blocking, deleting, destroying personal data.
The site visitor agrees that personal data is processed using automated database management systems, as well as other software tools specially developed on behalf of the Site Administration.
The site visitor agrees that for the purpose of booking the Goods, personal data is transferred to a third party - the seller of the Goods to the Point of Sale.
The site visitor has the right to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by calling the hotline or sending a letter to the e-mail address of the Site Administration indicated on the Site. In case of revocation of the Site Visitor's consent to the processing of personal data, the Site Administration, at the request of the Site Visitor, takes measures to destroy the received personal data.
1.4. The site administration reserves the right to make changes to these Rules.
1.5. The website visitor guarantees that he is a person with legal capacity and at least 18 years of age.

2. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

2.1. In order to use the Site, a site visitor has the right to pre-register on the Site by creating a "personal account". When creating a personal account, the Site Visitor provides the Site Administration with the following personal data:
- full name of the site visitor;

- the e-mail address of the Website Visitor.
2.2. Upon completion of registration on the site, the site visitor receives an individual identification by providing a username and password. The transfer by the Visitor of the site of the login and password to third parties is prohibited.
2.3. The site visitor is solely responsible for all possible negative consequences, in the case of transferring the login and password to third parties, as well as in connection with the receipt of the login and / or password by third parties, except if this happened through the fault of the Site Administration.
2.4. If the Visitor of the website deletes the personal account, the personal data specified in 2.1. Of the Rules are destroyed at the moment of deleting the personal account.

3. RESERVATION OF GOODS

3.1. The site visitor has the right to book the Goods, both through his personal account, and without prior registration on the Site. Reservation of the Goods is also possible by the phone number indicated on the Site.
When booking the Goods, the Site Visitor selects the Retail outlet where he intends to purchase the Goods and provides the Site Administration with the following personal data, including:
- full name of the site visitor;
- date of birth of the Site Visitor;
- the phone number of the Site Visitor;
- the email address of the Site Visitor.
The site administration has no right to demand personal data not specified in this paragraph.
3.3. Payment for the booked Goods is made by the Site Visitor at the Point of Sale.
3.4. Delivery of the Goods is carried out by self-pickup of the Goods by the Site Visitor from the Point of Sale.
3.5. The list of outlets, their addresses, as well as the names of legal entities selling alcohol in outlets, is given in the section of the Site - "Contacts".

4. LIABILITY AND WARRANTY

4.1. The site administration is responsible for the correctness of the booking of the Goods, as well as the timely transfer of data on the booking to the outlet.
4.2. The user of the site is responsible for the correctness of the data provided when booking the Goods to the seller of the Goods.
4.3. The site administration guarantees to the Site User the confidentiality of information and personal data received from the Site Visitor in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-ФЗ.
4.4. The site administration and the site user are exempt from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill their obligations, if such failure was the result of force majeure circumstances, as a result of emergency events that no one could have foreseen and prevented by reasonable measures.

5. OTHER CONDITIONS

5.1. The relationship between the Site Visitor and the Site Administration is governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. The site visitor guarantees that all the conditions of these Rules are clear to him, and he accepts them unconditionally and in full.
5.3. In case of any questions and claims, the Site Visitor has the right to contact the Site Administration by the phone number indicated on the site.
5.4. The parties will try to resolve all disputes that arise through negotiations, if an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the court.
5.5. The invalidity of any provision of these Rules does not entail the invalidity of the remaining provisions.
5.6. The site visitor is notified that if the sellers at the outlet have doubts about reaching the age of 18, the outlet's employee has the right to demand a passport or other identity document confirming the achievement of 18 years. In the absence of such a document, the Site Visitor may be denied the sale of the booked goods and any other alcoholic beverages.

How to know if a product is available for booking

Not all products in the online store are available for retail booking. If the product in the size you need is available for booking, the button "Book in the store" in the product card will be active. If the button "Book in the store" is inactive, the booking is not available.

Who can use the booking service

How long can I book a product for?

Product reservations are available during the current business day during the opening hours of the selected store. Reservation starts from the moment the store opens and ends in 2 hours before its closure for stores in Moscow, Moscow region and St. Petersburg; in 1 hour for stores in other cities of Russia.

How many items can be booked

Reservation available within one day 3 units of goods without limiting the choice of stores (three bookings with one item in each or three items in one store).

How to make a reservation on the website and in the terminal in a retail store

  • Select the model and size you are interested in and make sure that the button "Book in the store" is active. If it is inactive, the item is not available for booking.
  • Click on the "Book in the store" button and select the store where you would like to receive the goods. Please note that only those stores are offered for selection in which the product is in stock.
    • If you make a reservation on the site site, you will need to log in or register on the site (if you are a new client).
    • If you are making a booking at a terminal in a retail store, enter your phone number in the window that appears to confirm that you have a Privilège card. A code will be sent to your number, which must be entered in the confirmation window.
  • After sending an application for booking a product, you will receive an SMS message with information: is your booking confirmed or the product is currently not available for booking. Wait for an SMS about a successful booking (waiting time no more than 30 minutes) and be sure that this couple will be waiting for you until the end of the working day in the chosen store (check the store's opening hours by phone or on the website www.site).
  • When requesting a booked product in the store, you must provide the reservation number, which is indicated in the SMS message. Redemption of the booked goods is possible only upon presentation of the Privilège card (for which the reservation was made) or its authorization by entering the verification code received via SMS or via the QR code of the mobile application.

Please note that when booking an item, it the cost is not final! All calculations are made at the store's checkout, the product is subject to discounts and promotions available on the day of purchase of the product in this store (including a discount on the Privilège card and a discount on the customer's birthday).

Selecting a warehouse for goods

Consider the situation when in the section Administration> Settings> Warehouses> Basic only the "Working with warehouses" field is included. This means that you can select a warehouse for each item from an order, but free stock balances for warehouses will not be displayed.

After enabling the setting and creating warehouses, you can specify a warehouse for each item in the order.

A form will open, where you can see all the warehouses that have been set up. If all goods need to be picked up from one warehouse, set the total quantity, which is indicated in the order.

In the window for picking an item, when you click on a warehouse line, it reserves all the goods available in the warehouse for this item.

When pressed again - the parameter is reset to 0

If you need to select a different quantity from different warehouses, then we indicate the required quantity for each warehouse, but so that the total quantity of goods from all warehouses coincides with the quantity for this item in the order. If you accidentally exceeded the number, the system will prompt you about it.

After booking a certain commodity item, it becomes possible to divide the reservation by quantity or by warehouse. The division itself splits the commodity item according to the specified parameters during the action. To do this, click on the appropriate button below the booking line.

Notes:

  • Warehouse splitting is available only if one trade position is booked in different warehouses.
  • Splitting by quantity is available if the setting for article maintenance allows it (full / fractional article maintenance is taken into account). That is, with the integral maintenance of goods, a breakdown of a commodity item in the amount of one piece will be impossible. With fractional maintenance of goods, the described option is present. The minimum value for fractional product maintenance is 0.001

Note that:

  • If your quantity of goods is less than the quantity of the reservation, then dividing the position into several is prohibited.
  • If the item is not fully booked, then the unbooked quantity remains in the first item of the item (original source).

You can add or change a warehouse only in an already saved order. Those. first you need to add an item and save the order, and then you can change the warehouse for the items.

Filter by region and city of the warehouse

There is an opportunity to filter the reservation warehouse by city and region.

For the filter to be active, you need to specify the addresses of the warehouses in the Administration -> Stores -> Warehouses section.

In order for the order to be able not only to select a warehouse, but a warehouse, taking into account the balances on it, it is necessary in the system settings to have the option “Reservation of goods balances” enabled.

In the order with such a setting, in the absence of a warehouse near the product, it will be written "No reservation".

When you click on this inscription, a form will open where you can specify a warehouse for each single item, taking into account the current balances in the warehouse. The list of warehouses displays only those warehouses that have a positive number of leftovers. Warehouses with the “Availability” remainder type are displayed only if the “Yes” parameter is selected for them (such warehouses have an infinite amount of leftovers). The blue in the screenshot indicates how many free leftovers in the warehouses were before booking.

For each product in this form, you can specify the quantity opposite a specific warehouse. The system will not allow you to specify the quantity of goods more than the balance in the warehouse. Also, the system will take into account the total quantity of goods in the order so that you cannot specify more than ordered. The screenshot shows in blue how many free leftovers in warehouses are left after booking.

If fewer items were booked in warehouses than indicated in the order, a system message will appear indicating how many units of one item were not booked.

Notes:

  • in the list of warehouses, those warehouses where goods are selected or booked are highlighted in color. Warehouses where goods are booked are displayed at the top of the list.
  • with active integration with an external warehouse system, free balances are not written off when booking.
  • for warehouses of the "Supplier's warehouse" type, free balances are not written off when booking.
  • for warehouses with the type of balance "Availability" (yes / no), free balances are not written off when booking.

Displaying additional fields in the pick-up window

Along the way Administration> Settings> Orders there are settings for displaying additional fields in the product pick-up window.

To activate the fields you need, you must select the option "Yes" in the drop-down menu.

If all fields are activated, then in the order itself it looks like this:

A call icon is displayed next to the phone. This function is convenient in the case of warehouses of external suppliers, when it is necessary to quickly clarify the current balances.

Fractional quantity of goods

It is possible to specify a fractional quantity of goods in the order and in the pick-up window. To enable this option, you need to go to Administration -> Settings -> Settings. In the selection "Integer or fractional quantity of goods" select "Fractional".

Note: fractional quantity of goods is indicated with an accuracy of thousandths.

Warehouse block

The Warehouse block is closely related to functions. In this block, shipment means that the goods from the shipment warehouse have been sent to the client.

Shipping warehouse- a warehouse to which goods are brought from various other warehouses for packing an order for a client. For example, a shipping warehouse might be a company's office. Couriers pick up orders from this warehouse and take them to the final customer.

To the right of the selected shipping warehouse, a link is displayed, clicking on which will display the information specified in.

Note: the list displays all warehouses that are in the system. If the current order has incompatible warehouse and store, only compatible ones will be active in the drop-down list.

Shipping date- the date at the time of the completion of the picking of the goods at the shipment warehouse. This field also indicates the date of picking up the order by the courier when working with the section.

Upload button- after pressing it, the goods can no longer be moved to other warehouses. If a reservation was indicated in the order, then the balances are written off from the warehouses, it is no longer possible to return it.

If suddenly the "Upload" button is not active, then the following conditions have not been met. You can ship if:

  1. The order has a shipping warehouse;
  2. All non-canceled items of the order are booked;
  3. All booked items are in the shipping warehouse of the order (either originally booked there, or moved there after booking).
