I would like to share a new fashion from my university (Universidad de Barcelona - Spain). There are 70+ people in our group. Learning to be a Computer Engineer. In PDF Professional, you can create a comment report and print the PDF document with it. Comments include notes, text boxes, callouts, highlights, strikethroughs, underlines, and graphics. For attached files and sounds, icons with the attachment name are displayed, but the contents of the attachment are not displayed. The comment report is a PDF editing log. The current state of a comment can be changed in the Comments panel or using the context menu.

Someone needs a program to just do what it is supposed to do. Someone needs a program to support fairly specific operations. Someone wants the program, in addition to its main responsibilities, to replace all office programs. It's hard to please everyone and get the perfect view.

Several times in the last couple of months, the issue of PDF reading was raised, but not just reading, but the ability to make notes in PDF texts. Such a function is available in decent readers. Shortbook , iBooks etc. have the ability to make color marks directly in the text. But Epub or fb2 formats and simple text selection are one thing, PDF is another.

Note:after downloading the files in bulk, you should wait while the program processes them. At this time, the files are indexed, so you should wait a couple of minutes after downloading a dozen files.

And you shouldn't look at the default panel: the program really has a lot of tools (they even had to be divided into groups) and they can be added to quick access by simply dragging and dropping. It's a pity the toolbar is not rubber and you can't put much there.

Well, what to do with the files after? In addition to the usual export, the file can be sent by mail. There is an opportunity to choose in what form to send - you can generally send only those pages in which there are notes.

The program itself will generate the required PDF file, which can be read on a computer with a regular PDF reader. This is what the file looks like on the computer after the iAnnotate PDF program. If you click on 5.2, the program jumps to the end of the document, where all the notes are recorded. It turns out like a footnote.
