Telegram channel, which is hosted by IT specialist Alexander Litreev, reported that Google was blocked in Russia, Telecom TZ, Science and Communications, Maxima Telecom, TTK, Stalnet, Signal, MaryinoNet and about a dozen other providers. According to the expert, the point is not in the found vulnerability of the system, but in the incompetence of the employees who entered the site with prohibited information - instead of a direct link, the official address of the search engine's advertising network was added to the list.

“It's just incompetence - people don't understand anything about how the advertising networks of search engines like Yandex.Direct and Google AdWords work,” the analyst added.
Gazeta.Ru contacted the director (IRI) for project activities to find out if Roskomnadzor had any grounds to block Google in principle. The expert confirmed that the reason for entering the search engine into the registry can only be an error or misunderstanding.
“Despite various scandalous initiatives in the field of Internet regulation, Russia is confidently moving along the path of free movement and exchange of information, access to legal sources of its distribution, which is the Google search service. Any restrictions imposed in our country are minimal and are caused by ensuring national security: countering the spread of illegal content, terrorism and extremism. Blocking Google in the present situation would be barbaric, ”the source told Gazeta.Ru.

These applications captured some YouTube channel in themselves, allowing only its videos to be viewed. The app titles contained the names of the channels, some of which were quite popular. A total of 10 such applications were created. Two of them were blocked.

How Google Play works
There are two types of moderation - manual and automatic. Apparently, if there are no popular keywords in the title and description of the application, it is automatically moderated. This was the case with my applications - they appeared 2-3 hours after downloading the APK.

Rules
- Never, never do not contact Google tech support if your application is banned. There were many cases when Google banned an account just because of an attempt to "download the rights".

I don’t understand why such strictness. The fact that over the past couple of years the play has been put in order and the rules have been tightened up - it's good. But banning developer accounts for life for just a few harmless applications, and without trial or investigation, is nonsense.
Who is banning? Apparently, any left sidebar can knock on your application if something is wrong there. And also a robot or a moderator can ban (when the application is first loaded). Application is blocked without warning and without the possibility of recovery.
