Why does the epl store not work. Double tap or why Face ID doesn't work with Apple Pay and the App Store

Once upon a time, I already wrote an article. Today I have done more global work. For several hours in a row (about 8-9), I collected and systematized iTunes errors and their solutions into a separate pivot table. To do this, I checked at once with several sites on which these errors were already collected, and also clarified information on almost every error on English-language blogs. The result is an impressive table that contains all the errors found that occur when working with iTunes.

On website in this article I place the table itself, which has three columns: error, reason, solution. Below the table, I place a PDF file that contains the 4th column - links. For some errors (20 percent) there are quite intelligible Apple instructions in Russian.

Among other things, I give a couple of useful links to solving the most common mistakes. Instructions in Russian.

Eliminating errors in updating and restoring device data in iTunes http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275?viewlocale=en_US - this manual explains in general terms what to do if an unknown error occurs. Ordinary users can get started with these steps.

 • Update iTunes
 • Update your operating system
 • Check your security software on your computer (temporarily disable antivirus software)
 • Disconnect any additional USB devices
 • Restart iPad (iPhone, iPod)
 • Try to update or restore again

For many, this should be enough to solve the problem.

Eliminating certain update and recovery errors http://support.apple.com/kb/TS3694?viewlocale=ru_RU. The second article covers a wide range of errors. I recommend it for review if you have one of the following errors:

 • Troubleshoot communications (3014, 3194, 3000-3999)
 • Security software configuration (2, 4, 6, 9, 1000, 1611, 9006, 9807, 9844)
 • Checking USB connections (13, 14, 1600-1629, 1643-1650, 2000-2009, 4000-4016)
 • Checking hardware for problems (1, 10-47, 1000-1020)

If neither the first nor the second article helped, then you can go to the table (you can start with the table).

Any owner of an Iphone or other Apple mobile device can stumble upon this problem. Here, as in an anecdote about aliens, there is a 50 to 50 chance. Any user can have it at any time, regardless of generation or type of device. It can occur on any Macintosh product. If an error occurs on a mobile device, don't worry, much less do a full reset. Even if you save important data beforehand, after this operation you will have to reinstall all third-party applications, and this will not solve the problem. So, do we start to breathe more evenly and read on? The error may look like the message "Failed to connect to the App Store", or in the form of a window "Unable to connect to the App Store." Some Icloud suffer from the same disease. ITunes and Imessage.

Why does App Store connection fail

Usually the problem occurs when you try to download a new application or update an already installed one. There are several options for its occurrence, and in most cases the reason lies in a failure on the device itself.

For instance:

 • Date and time are incorrect. It is important that the correct time zone is specified.
 • The serial number of the device is hidden. Serial number must be present in “About device” data. If the serial device number is hidden, or the OS X version or build number is displayed instead, the server will simply refuse to authenticate the device. After updating the operating system, just such a replacement of numbers can occur.
 • Incorrect network settings. When connected via Wi-Fi, access to some or even all of the resources may be restricted. Perhaps the network administrator has changed the settings, or Wi-Fi access is limited to only a few authorized servers or domains. In general, the Internet should be!
 • Invalid or expired certificates for the device. With an expired security certificate, the server will refuse to pass the device. This point applies primarily to desktop computers. It is treated by deleting crlcache.db and ocspcache.db from the folder with certificates / var / db / crls / and then rebooting the system. There are options for configuring certificates and modifying the Keychain containing passwords and certificates manually, but, firstly, the user may not have enough privileges to modify certificates, and then you will have to reinstall OS X, and secondly, there are simpler solutions. For example, a call to Apple Support.

What to do if the connection to the App Store fails on a mobile device

The first step is to check if the Internet is available. The router may need to be restarted, or the mobile traffic may have ended. If the Internet is available, then something is wrong with the settings in the device.

There is a fairly simple method available to any Iphone or Ipad user. It allows you not to dig into the settings for a long time and solves the problem in most cases. This method consists of two stages:

 • We log out of our Apple ID in the device settings.
 • Go back to your Apple ID.

To be sure, you can reboot the device between these two stages. Everything is ready! No reinstallations, no settings, you can go to the App Store.

Can't connect to the iTunes store

The error message may look very different, but ultimately the situation is the same. For users of mobile devices, the solution is still the same - check if the Internet is available, re-enter your ID.

Can't connect to iTunes via Apple TV.Everything is somewhat more complicated here. We check for Internet availability, TV updates and date settings. We fix errors manually and get access to iTunes. If you can't log in through a Macbook or stationary Mac, there are a few things you should pay attention to in addition to the ones listed above:

 • Make sure your computer is running the latest versions of Safari and iTunes.
 • If a firewall (firewall) is activated on the system, make sure that it allows you to connect to iTunes. This, of course, applies if you are logging into this system for the first time, or if a firewall was recently installed (activated).

If the problem occurs when trying to access iTunes through a PC, then check again if it answers those. iTunes requirements, update your OS to the latest version, do not use the built-in proxy to connect to iTunes.

In addition to this, other problems can arise. The most common is iTunes and software conflictthat monitors traffic on the computer. It may look like itunes "Empty" or it may be accompanied by a message with the number 0x80090318. This means that some software components on your PC are using LSP technology. In a way, this message may even be a good sign. Perhaps the firewall is again to blame, or perhaps Apple just discovered a Trojan on your system. In the first case, we solve the issue with firewall permissions, and in the second, we urgently need to clean the system.

Perhaps these are all cases when there may be a problem connecting to the App Store. In most of them, the refusal is accompanied by a more or less informative message, and in the overwhelming majority, regardless of the content of this message, re-entering the Apple ID will solve the problem. The main thing is not to fuss, but to check everything in order if a problem has arisen. Otherwise, rash actions can lead to much worse results. The likelihood of this and other problems occurring is reduced by preventive measures. Keep the software on your devices updated to the latest versions as much as possible, use a reliable antivirus.

For many owners of modern devices such as iPod, iPad or iPhone, during the installation of any applications from the App Store, a message pops up stating that they cannot connect to the iTunes Store, which leads to the inability to download, update and install the desired application.

Currently, no one knows exactly what causes this problem. Naturally, if you find this problem for yourself, you immediately start asking questions related to how to connect to iTunes. But still, there are such craftsmen who managed to solve this problem.

The essence of the problem

The starting point is a third-generation iPad, Wi-Fi version with 32GB of internal storage. Internet connection using a D-Link DIR-300 router. No deviations in the work of the tablet itself were noticed. After updating the version and trying to download free applications, a phrase pops up that it is impossible to connect to the iTunes Store. With all this, no one closed access to the App Store, that is, you can view annotations for applications, etc. Any attempts to restart the tablet, etc. didn't help. The most interesting thing is that even applications that are previously saved there in the Apple iCloud cloud service are not installed. And if you go from your personal computer to the latest version of iTunes, you can make sure everything is in order. That is, everything is fine on the desktop computer, but the tablet gives an error. And this means that the problem is in the tablet or in its update. It should be noted that the tablet was not jailbroken (from the English Jailbreak).

Let's try to consider two methods for solving this issue.

App Store Settings

 • First you need to go to the App Store.
 • Find the Featured section, scroll to the end of the page and click on the Apple ID parameter - this is the parameter containing all our login details in the app store. Next, a window will pop up where you need to select Sigh Out.
 • Go to Featured again and enter all our App Store credentials again. In the event that you have an associated credit card, then you must enter all the information on it.
 • If the above steps did not help, and you are still wondering why it does not connect to iTunes, then just try to restart your device. To do this, click on the Sleep / Wake button located at the top right of the tablet. After pressing this button, an arrow with the inscription Turn off will appear on the top of the screen. Then just turn off the device by pressing the Sleep / Wake button again.

Changing the time zone

 • You need to go to Settings
 • Then find the General section and go there
 • Next, look for the Date and Time tab
 • Disable the Automatically option here.
 • You must set the year 2038 in the Time Zone section. Here you need to be careful that the set parameters of the year are active. This is determined by the color of the numbers and the date. You also need to change the name of your city to any other.
 • Then we leave everything in this form and go to the application store. Go to the Updates section, where you will probably see an inscription that you cannot connect to the iTunes Store. You can see the same inscription by going to the Featured section, but now you most likely won't even be able to get to the app store.
 • Next, you just need to return all changed settings to their original state.
 • Then just go back to the app store to check if you entered everything correctly.

And now the long-awaited moment comes. Visit the App Store again, but you will be disappointed again, because again the problem is that the iPhone does not connect to iTunes, in fact, as well as the iPad and iPod. But you should not immediately succumb to panic and hysteria, it is better to just wait a little while. In this case, you can continue to work on the tablet, or leave it completely alone.

And after a while, having already forgotten about your torments with installing the application, it is better after a few hours, you can try again. To do this, go to the App Store again and select any free application, you will immediately notice that the system no longer writes - the iPad does not connect to iTunes, but simply asks to enter the password of our account for the application store again. Do not be alarmed, everything is in order. Then you just need to enter your password and calmly download the application you need. Try again and you will succeed again.

It should be noted that it is still not clear what exactly led to a positive result, since there were attempts to establish 2013 and 2014 instead of 2038. Also, cities have changed to different continents more than once. There were attempts to disconnect from the router and even turn off Wi-Fi. But in the end, the result was still obtained. And the window with ominous words could not connect to the iTunes Store, did not appear anymore, and all the necessary applications were successfully installed on the iPad. This means that you can achieve the desired results using various methods.

When Apple engineers and programmers take a well-deserved vacation, PR and marketers drive progress. I could not find other excuses for the frequent appearance of various flaws in the work of "fruit" OS. Moreover, the claims are sometimes true for both desktop and mobile systems. This time we will talk about ways to eliminate those in relation to iTunes and the App Store.

Let someone throw an iPhone at me who has never encountered the annoying "Can't connect to the iTunes Store" alert. This signature tends to appear at any time, being completely unrelated to connection problems. In any case, getting rid of it is much easier than you thought.

Despite the clearly software nature of the problem, we strongly recommend that you make sure that your personal account is replenished and the Wi-Fi router is operating normally. After making sure that everything is in order with the Internet, go to "Settings" - "General" - "Date and time", where set the automatic time setting. Recently, iOS has been clearly dependent on owner punctuality.

The relevance of the firmware plays no less a role in the stable operation of iOS and its services than a high-quality Internet connection or time zones. The gurus from Cupertino are tirelessly repeating this to us, downright imposing the next update, "correcting all (!) Mistakes." Of course, we will not play in believe-I do not believe, but you should still install the latest version of iOS. Follow this in the application "Settings" - "General" - Software update ".

If everything is in order here, the main reason for blocking access to iTunes and the App Store may be an artificial restriction imposed by the operation of the VPN service. Go to "Settings" and, after counting the sixth line from the left with the mark of the same name, move the activation slider to the "off" position. Only valid for devices with LTE module.

However, it happens that the inoperability of iTunes and the App Store is due to objective reasons. This is possible during preventive maintenance. In order to check the status of the company's servers, just visit a special page on the official website. There you will find all the necessary information about the activity or inactivity of the desired service.

P.S. If all of the above doesn't work, an emergency reboot is our all.

Recently, many users may have noted problems with the App Store and some other Apple services. Until now, it was not clear what they could be connected with, but yesterday the situation was clarified in the company itself (which is rare, because Apple usually rarely comments on something). The first massive attack was carried out on the app store, Reuters news agency reported.

It all started with China

The Chinese have rather complicated relationships with large technology corporations (especially American ones), so they often use third-party solutions. In this case, it turned out to be at gunpoint: the download speed of the program from Apple servers for Chinese developers leaves much to be desired, so they decided to download it from other sources.

Further more interesting. Developers downloaded Xcode from file hosting services, but only it was infected with a virus with which applications could collect user data. In other words, any program created with the "unofficial" Xcode sent hackers all the information they needed about the iPhone or iPad owner.

The capabilities of the virus are not limited to this - in fact, it can scan the clipboard, independently open links on the device, and so on.

Apple makes a mistake

How did the moderators let the malicious apps pass? Apparently, they simply did not notice the hidden code in the programs, as a result of which ... yes, all the applications ended up in the App Store.

However, Apple quickly identified the problems and removed all apps from their store that were built with fake Xcode. True, the number of people affected by the virus remains unknown.

But is this the reason?

Experts believe that it is with the infection of the App Store that the disruptions in the application store, which were observed during the second half of last week, are associated. But the main stream of complaints came not from the USA or Europe, but from Russia, where users could not easily update the application or.

For some reason, the topic of transferring data of Russian Apple users to data centers located in the Russian Federation died down very quickly. But this process is not as simple as it seems at first glance, and it is almost impossible to carry out it without failures in the system (of course, Apple is closing its store just to add new devices).

Since Apple is obliged in the near future, the company's specialists may well already be engaged in the transfer of information to Russia. And this may be the real reason for the App Store failures in our country. Apple, unfortunately, does not cover this issue. Although it should be.

IPhone and iPad users often face a problem in the App Store when they cannot install or update an application. MacDigger offers several easy ways to restore access to your online store.

1. Check if the App Store is working

Perhaps the problem is on Apple's side, and right now no one can enter the App Store. In this case, you need to check the page that indicates the status of all the company's online services. The App Store comes first in the list. If the problem is very recent, it may not yet be detected. The page is refreshed every few minutes.

If the circle in front of the App Store is not highlighted in green, you have to wait for Apple to fix the problem.

2. Check your internet connection

Obviously, to access the App Store, the device must be connected to the Internet. To make sure that the Internet is working, try some other action, for example, open it in your Google browser.

3. Connect to a different Wi-Fi network

Even if Wi-Fi is working fine, there may be restrictions in the settings that prevent you from accessing the App Store. For example, work networks can be configured to block certain sites and services to conserve bandwidth. In this case, connecting to a different Wi-Fi network may solve the problem.

4. Check DNS settings

The Domain Name System (DNS) allows your Mac to resolve domain names (such as apple.com) to IP addresses (such as 17.172.224.47). If the DNS server you are using is down, slow, or faulty, you may experience problems trying to connect to a site or service.

Perhaps the DNS server is not configured correctly or is blocking the connection to the App Store on ports 80 and 443. But this method is recommended for more advanced users, otherwise it can only make things worse.

5. Enable download over 3G or 4G

This shouldn't hinder access, but if the device is configured to download apps over Wi-Fi, it won't be able to do so over the cellular network.
Try connecting to a reliable Wi-Fi network and installing the app. You can also go to "Settings", section "Cellular" and check that the switch near the App Store is highlighted in green.

In addition, in the "iTunes Store and App Store" section of the settings there is an item "Cellular data", which must also be activated.

6. Out of traffic?

Cellular data transmission may be restricted due to exceeding the limit. You can contact the provider to clarify when the Internet traffic will be charged.

7. App is more supported

The problem might be an outdated app that is not supported by the installed iOS version. In this case, you should try downloading any other application to check it out.

8. The app is too heavy to download over the cellular network

Check the size of the app you are trying to install. The thing is, iOS blocks downloading large apps (over 100 MB) over a cellular connection.

You can solve the problem by jailbreak and tweak 3GUnrestrictor, as well as by connecting to Wi-Fi.

9. Log out and log back into your account.

Sometimes you can troubleshoot by logging out and logging in to your profile. To do this, go to Settings> iTunes Store & App Store. Click on your Apple ID and select Sign Out from the menu that appears. Then log back in to your profile using your account settings.

10. Free up memory

The problem may also be the lack of memory on the device. This is especially true for older models with a small amount of RAM and internal memory. To get started, double-click on the Home button and close all open applications from the multitasking menu. If this does not help, restart your gadget.

11. Update App Store

You can also force the App Store to refresh by clicking 10 times on the navigation bar (where the Featured, Categories, Top Charts, Search, and Updates sections are located). After that, a white screen and a download message will appear and the app will be updated.

12. Check the date and time settings

The date and time may be relevant to this issue as the App Store uses them to determine location. Go to Settings> General> Date & Time and select the Automatic option. Thus, the device will automatically set the time and date.

13. Reset network settings

Try resetting your network settings. To do this, go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset Network Settings.

14. Update software

We can talk about a common, but already known problem for a certain device model. In this case, the manufacturer had to release an update to the operating system. Make sure your device has the latest OS. To do this, go to Settings> General> Software Update.

15. Contact Apple

If none of the solutions works, please contact Apple Support and tell them about the issue you are experiencing.

Any citizen who owns an expensive flagship from Apple, let it be an iPhone or any gadget, may face such a problem - "It will be impossible to enter the official application store (App Store)." As they say in a joke: to stumble upon such a misfortune - everyone has a chance - 50 to 50 percent. This means that the problem can happen to every user, regardless of the device used, as well as regardless of any social or other signs.

If such an error occurs on a mobile device from Apple, you do not need to panic, much less do a hard reset (deleting all settings and personal data on your mobile phone), because it is enough to solve this problem differently. The error on each apple device can be displayed in different ways. However, in ninety percent of cases, users report messages related to this problem, such as “Failed to connect to the App Store,” “Can't connect to the app store,” and so on.

Why can't I connect to the itunes store?

Usually this trouble appears after a person wants to install some kind of program update on his smartphone or, in general, download a completely different application (game), and he displays a kind of error due to problems that could have been repeatedly noticed by himself users.

Here's a list of examples of problems connecting to the itunes store:

 • Date and time values were set incorrectly on the smartphone. It may be missing a binding to the correct time zone.
 • The serial number of the device from Apple could be hidden, and because of this, the error actually pops up - "unable to connect to the itunes store". However, to cope with this problem is enough simply to first go to the "Settings" section, select the "About device" item and make sure there are the values we need.
 • The third problem, due to which an information error can pop up, is called "Lack of normal Internet connection". Many times Apple developers have repeated: - "For the proper functioning of the App Store, you need a high-quality Internet." Therefore, if there are problems with the Wi-Fi network at home, there is a chance that this error will pop up repeatedly.
 • Expired (invalid) root certificates stored on the device can also become a problem, due to which an informative message appears - itunes was unable to connect to the itunes store. This case is treated in an elementary way. It is necessary to remove two files from the certificates folder, namely "ocspcache.db", "crlcache.db". Then you need to reboot the device and try to go to the App Store again.

The first steps to take when the error "Failed to connect to the App Store" occurs.

Before following the suggested recommendations or seeking help from specialists, it is necessary to carefully examine the router (modem) available at home. If your internet connection is working as expected, you can try logging into your Apple ID in a new way on your mobile device, then restart your phone and check if the App Store servers are working. There are times when the elementary procedure "Log out of your account" and re-enter the required data helped to solve this problem and did not have to spend a lot of time to eliminate the existing problem.

Conclusion

Perhaps this covered all the ways to solve the problem of a failed connection to the App Store. If a message appears, then you shouldn't start worrying, just pull yourself together, try to log into your Apple ID account in a new way, restart your mobile phone, try to update the software (version of the iOS operating system) and see if the problem is solved. At times, excessive human actions can do more harm than good. You do not need to do a Hard Reset right away, even if there is a saved copy of personal data and applications, because some problems may also arise with restoring this copy. Better to start small and watch the results.

Every user of Apple's mobile devices can face problems related to the App Store. Sometimes connection failures occur, or the App Store simply won't open. Problems with the application can appear regardless of the generation or type of device and firmware version. But each error has its own cause and, accordingly, a way to eliminate it.

Why the App Store doesn't work: causes of problems and their solutions

Access and functionality problems in the App Store can arise for several reasons, but each of them has its own solutions that will correct the situation.

Connection failure

There are several ways to fix the error, one of which will help the user

This problem often appears when downloading a new or updating an installed application. Before looking for the cause of the crash and a solution to this problem, you need to make sure that the firmware version you are using is not a beta version. It is known that beta versions are very often not finalized and therefore can cause various problems with the functionality of the device as a whole. In the case of using the trial version, you will have to wait until all possible bugs are fixed by the developers and it will be possible to update the device to a new modified version. If a full version of the firmware is installed on board the device, but the connection failure does not allow installing or updating applications, you need to find the cause and a way to eliminate it.

Date and time set incorrectly

Solution: Set the correct data, or activate the automatic date and time setting. To set the date and time manually, you need to go to "Settings"> "General"> "Date and time" and specify the day, month, year and current time (or select a time zone). To automatically configure the data, simply activate the "Automatic" function.

To automatically configure data, you need to activate the "Automatic" function

Hidden data about the serial number of the gadget

In the "About device" tab in the list, where IMEI, firmware version and other data should contain the serial number of the device. If it is hidden or any other information is indicated in the place of its display, the App Store server will not be able to authenticate the smartphone or tablet. This situation can only happen after an iOS update.

Solution: Perform a full factory reset. To reset you need to go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset All Settings. It is worth noting that a reset implies the deletion of absolutely all device data, after which the user will be able to set up the gadget from scratch, like new. To avoid losing important data after the reset, you need to create an iCloud backup before performing the reset. To create an iCloud backup, go to Settings> iCloud> Backup> Create Backup.

After completing a factory reset, you can set up your gadget as new and restore your data from an iCloud backup.

Incorrect network settings

If you are using a Wi-Fi connection, there may be problems with the signal or with the Internet settings. The network administrator may have changed the settings, or Wi-Fi access is restricted.

Solution: First you need to check if the Internet is working, for this you can try to open a browser, and then load any Internet page. If nothing happened, you need to check the router, it may require a reboot, or it does not work at all. You can also try disconnecting from Wi-Fi and using mobile internet. If the problem persists, the reason is in the device itself.

If Wi-Fi does not load the Internet page, you can try to use the mobile Internet

Fallback solution

There is one very simple method that very often solves the problem of a failed connection to the App Store. Any iPhone or iPad user can easily use it. Thanks to him, you don't have to change anything in the settings and it consists of only three steps:

Jailbreak can be the cause of such problems. You can only get rid of jailbreak by restoring your iPhone or iPad via iTunes. For this:

 • Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.
 • Open iTunes, select your device.
 • Click on the "Restore" button.

App Store Search Not Working

Recently, there are more and more problems with finding applications in connection with the technical work of Apple.

When you try to search for apps in the App Store, apps simply don't appear in the search results. This applies to absolutely all programs from social (Skype, Instragram, Facebook, Vkontakte, Telegram and others) to services for booking tickets and hotels (Aviasales and OneTwoTrip).

But there is one peculiarity - when you open the "Popular" section, the programs appear in the search results and you can easily download them to your device. You can also download applications using direct links, and update purchased ones from the "Purchases" section.

The cause of its occurrence is still unknown, but we can definitely call it global, because it appears en masse, and not in isolated cases.

Solution: You just need to wait until the problem disappears by itself, since the cause of its occurrence is in no way related to users and their devices. The waiting time usually takes from 1 hour to 2 days.

Apps won't download or update

Stop loading

If the downloaded application remains in the "Waiting for download" mode long enough, you should stop the download process.

If the application is waiting for download, but it does not happen - pause the download and start downloading from the beginning

Solution: Click on the shortcut of the application that is waiting to download, pause the download. Tap the app again to resume the download process.

Airplane mode

If you cannot download the application, you can try to resume the download process using the Airplane mode.

Solution: Swipe up from the bottom of the unlocked device screen and click on the airplane icon, activating the mode. Wait a minute and click on the same icon again.

To solve the problem, turn on and after a few seconds turn off the "Airplane" mode

Switch to DFU mode

If all else fails to restore the ability to download or update applications from the App Store, then it's time to try DFU mode.

Solution: To use DFU mode you need:

 1. Connect the gadget to your computer and launch iTunes.
 2. Hold down the Power and Home buttons at the same time and hold in this position for 10 seconds (the device will restart at this time), until the Apple logo appears on the screen.
 3. As soon as the apple has appeared, you need to release the Power button, and continue to hold the Home button until the iTunes icon appears.

DFU mode will help restore the device

ITunes will inform you that the smartphone / tablet is in DFU (recovery) mode. After that, you can hold down the Power and Home buttons at the same time, hold down for about 10 seconds until the restart.

The secret way to restore the App Store

What could be worse than problems that prevent loading applications? There are many reasons for App Store malfunctions and there are ways to solve them. But there is also a universal way to fix the problem and restore the correct operation of the Apple online store.

The secret method is little known among users of Apple products, but it is still used quite often. As you know, the App Store is an online application store, and at the bottom there are several tabs: Featured, Top Charts, View, Search and Updates. But what is missing is a button like Refresh, which would allow the App Store itself to be updated. But the absence of such a button does not mean that the App Store cannot be updated.

In order to update the App Store and its contents, the user needs to make 10 consecutive clicks on any of the buttons located in the lower panel (browse, search, etc.). Thanks to these actions, the tab selected by the user will forcibly reload, and all the information in it will be reloaded.

To update the information that is displayed in one of the tabs, just click 10 times on the desired item

Using this method will help users avoid problems downloading descriptions on application pages, installing and updating various applications in the App Store. The method is relevant absolutely on all iOS devices, regardless of the type, generation of the gadget and the firmware version.

Can I avoid connection failures and other errors in the App Store

Preventing errors and problems with the App Store is almost impossible because they appear suddenly. The only thing that can be advised to users is to regularly create iCloud backups so that if any error occurs, be prepared to reset the settings, since reset solves most of the problems related to the functionality of Apple devices.

Using one of the ways to solve the problems of the functionality of the App Store, each user will be able to restore the ability to download applications to their "apple" gadget.
