A mobile application for the well-known Adobe Photoshop program. Unfortunately, Photoshop Touch only works on Android tablets and is generally hard to classify as a photo editor. Rather, it is a graphics processing application. Therefore, Photoshop Touch can be safely called the most functional program among those presented here.
In Photoshop Touch, you can work with layers, with selection tools, add text. There are also levels, curves, color temperature and various other photo processing options. Of course, a full-fledged Photoshop mobile application will not replace you, but its cost of 10 bucks is quite justified for such a wide functionality.
