After studying most of the functions of the phone, I wanted to study its contents. As it turned out, the phone is very easy to disassemble: just unscrew two screws on the bottom end and squeeze the filling out of the case. Previously, it seemed to me that the case was quite thick and strong, but no, it is easily pressed through :)

You need to press slightly below the chamber die. Having pressed the bottom part of the phone out of the case, take any plastic card and run it along the contour to release all the latches. Don’t forget to first remove the SIM card blank and all inserted connectors. Carefully separate the filling with the screen and the body.

They are connected by a cable that connects the micro-USB connector to the board. I didn’t understand the tricky way to attach it, so I didn’t disconnect it. Most of the space is occupied by a BP-4GW 2000 Mach battery, which is also connected to the board by cable. On the back cover there are various buttons, a flash, antennas and the receiving part of the wireless charging module.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a screwdriver that small for further analysis, so for now I had to limit myself to this. But now it is clear why, during active operation, the Lumia 920 heats up significantly in the upper part - all the iron is concentrated there, and it is hung on a common radiator.

Although I had not noticed this before, the battery is fixed rather flimsily and moves freely to the sides by almost 1mm. I added plastic inserts to the sides and the battery stopped running.

Previously, I was thinking of writing a big post about the shortcomings of the Lumia 920, but I decided to postpone this matter indefinitely, because the list turned out to be impressive, it would take a long time to write a description for it, and the bugs are being smoothly corrected. In addition, I decided to first send this list to Nokia support, however, this time they respond much slower

4. Take a plastic card and slowly separate the display from the body from all sides. If everything is in order, it will detach freely.

5. When disconnecting the display, be careful: there will be two cables that will still be attached to the screen;

6. We removed two cables and saw 6 screws that needed to be unscrewed;

7. Carefully and slowly peel off the cable from the display;

8. Then separate the phone panel from the rest;

9. There will be 3 cables left, which we also disconnect.
